There are three basic areas of training available from TelSoft relating to MegaCall specifically and the subject of telecommunications in general.

Basic Orientation

When a company or organization purchases one or more MegaCall systems, key personnel are given a basic training or orientation on the system and how it works during implementation and system setup.

This basic training can optionally be repeated later as needed to accommodate personnel changes and department expansion.

TelSoft can provide in-depth courses relating to the use of the MegaCall products:
